WMS Rules

Hello All

Sorry , if this is the wrong community, tried to look for WMS but couldnt find.

I am new to WMS and have following 2 queries..

There are some existing WMS cost group rules, how do i verify if those are working ?

Also, is it mandatory to run "Generate All Rules" program after creating a new rule or even if we check the "Enable" option on the rule should suffice..
