Unable to get Salary Administration web page

Hi every one,

while trying to enter basic salary for the 1st time to employee,unable to getting web page ever after attached the functions under the respective responsibility menu such one is " Salary Administration Launch Page " and enabled chek box also.

Please anyone help me to move further process.
