Customer tab is not available

Hello,

I have an issue when I enter to Oracle Sales on line. When I try to enter eon Customer tab, the system try to load the page and finally an internet error is shown. The error is the one you received when you can't access to a web page.

Does anyone can help me to solve this issue?
