ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or

Hi All,

We are seeing error "ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified" while printing reports in APEX. we already enabled the network services but issue still occurs.

We tried using the BIPublisher with another APEX environment where the printing works okay - Any advise on what i should be looking for ?

Database on       - DB 1
APEX installed on - MT 1 and MT 2
BIP installed on  - MT 2

SQL> select host, lower_port, upper_port, acl from dba_network_acls;
