Revenue Account derived different for manual invoice Vs AutoInvoice

We have noticed recently that the invoices that are integrated into receivables through autoinvoice are NOT deriving the revenue account correctly for some product  lines.  We use autoaccounting rules with four segments which are based on Transaction type. Salesrep. Transaction Type. Standard Lines for Revenue Account.  If an invoice has four lines, the deviation is found with specific products.  The second segment (cost center) and third segments (account) are supposed to be derived from Salesrep and Transaction type but it was noticed that the exception lines are derived those segments based on sales account on the product.  We have checked this by
