Unable to enter serial number while debreifing

Hi,
I am not able to enter serial number while debriefing.
I checked Item setup, it is serial number enabled at receipt, service tab --> Material (debriefing) , the item and S/N is currently in resource sub-inventory.

Any help will be appreciated.
