Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. conditional concatinating in rtf

Hi

Can some one help me with the rtf synatx for the below requirement.

I have a field called ssStatus

If the ssStatus='Closed' i want concatination of A and B otherwise concatination of C and D.

I want the full sytax which includes if else and concat together. Individually if and concat are working for me.
