different version on grid_home and rdbms_home

Hi,
We have a cluster of 2 Linux nodes.
The cluster and ASM is in the grid_home 11.2.0.3.1
The rdbms_home is at 10.2.0.4.

My question is can we do an out_of_place upgrade the rdbms_home from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3.3 and leave the grid_home to 11.2.0.3.1 ?
In short, can we have the grid_home at 11.2.0.3.1  and rdbms_home at 11.2.0.3.3 ?
