Approver AME not found

Hi everyone,
I have a problem, maybe someone can help me.
When I want to run the approval process in Service Contracts, it doesn't Pass the Approval Contract step because said that the approver doesn't found, I checked the setup in AME and the approver group was setup well done, the rules and condition too.
I don't know what can be the problem, I read too that maybe is the setup of HR people of the approver but I checked too and its well done.

If someone can help me with this.
