Performance issue with patch 10111967

Apps 11.5.10.2
It took 24hrs for the patch 10111967 to complete.  Majority of time seems to be on updating mtl_material_transactions setting column data to null.
Invupginv.sql appears to be the cause.

There are now 25 jobs remaining (current phase=A10):
   20 running, 4 ready to run and 1 waiting.

Assigned: file invupginv.sql on worker 21 for product inv username INV.
