Unable To Assign Balancing Segment Value (BSV) To A Legal Entity: Value not available in LOV

Hi,
I have implemented the GL in R12(12.1). BSV has been assigned to Primary Ledger.

Now, i have created the LE and would like to assign the BSV values to LE but the same LOV's are not appearing under LE.

I refer the below Note ID.

As per note ID, is require to apply the patch in my instance(fresh r12 installation).

Replicate seeded Concurrent Program also ran
