Online accounting could not be created for this transaction

Hi,
I have created invoice after fresh implementation of GL & Payables module.

I am not able to do accounting for the same invoice while doing accounting below error message getting.

Online accounting could not
be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that
the Create Accounting program has encountered an internal error

Validate Application Accounting Definitions concurrent Program already ran even though not able to do accounting.
