high logical I/O count on tables

Hi all,

is logical I/O a bad thing?

for example I have the following

logical I/O num_blocks

TABLE

table_owner

table_name

15131724208

53846

the block size is 8192. the database has been running for 2 months, it it OLTP. version 11.1.0.6 on windows.
