Unable to Select Trading Partner Legal Entities From Trading Partner LOV While Defining Intercompany

Hi,

Version 12.1

I am unable to select the Trading Partner Legal Entities from Trading Partner LOV because it's showing as Null values.

I followed the Note ID: 1113834.1 but the inter company exception not defined.

what are the prerequisites needs to be check.
