Exadata monitoring(non Database) using Enterprise Manager/DB Console

hi ,
According to "Exadata MAA Best Practices Series Session 8(Exadata Monitoring)"  it is possible to monitor non-database components of Exadata(infiniband,KVM,PDU,Cisco) using Plug-Ins.

please provide the procedure how to do it.

it is possible with DB Console ?
