Enable Schedule and event triggered notification email from DB Console for critical and warning

hi,
in my exadata half rack i am using DB console for monitoring.

i want to get the Alert/warning through email.

i have configured the email from Setup and tested successfully.

then add the email id in preference and create schedule but still i m not getting any email.

please provide a detail procedure for it.
