ISO Changes not transmitted to IR

The ISO changes are not transmitting to IR.

We have done the following set ups:

Disabled the constraint on the Update
operation on ‘Request Date’ and ‘Ordered
Quantity’ attributes of the Order Line.

we have Set the profile “POR: Sync up Need by date on
IR with OM. To “Yes”.

we have also Set the profile “POR: Urgent Flag on Int Req
maps to shipping Priority” with a value of High
Priority.

Is there any other set up to be validated?

will Requestor change order tolerance set up make an impact on this issue?
