Button grayed out on SR Notes appelet
In my siebel call center application we are facing issue with SR notes buttons. We have noticed that some times the buttons(New, Complete, Spell checking) on SR notes appelet are grayed out and the agents are not able to use it.
Initially we thought that the issue might be with the position of the agents is not allowing them to do it. But we have noticed that the agents are able to use this buttons when they are active on different application servers. we have 4 application servers and when they are directing on to that server then only they are facing the issue for other 3 servers they are using the application without any issue.
