BI Publisher Queries

Hi all,

My customer has intention to move from Actuate to BI Publisher to integrate with their Siebel Application. We have done a simple demo to them on how we can use BI Publisher to easily create a report. Further from the demo, we have following queries:

1. Oracle BI Publisher - can it run on UNIX?
2. Does BIP have output files like Actuate? If yes, where do these files being stored?
3. MS word version that supports BIP Desktop? Besides MS Word, is there any other tool that we can use to develop the report?
4. Is it possible to auto default the file format in Siebel when user dynamically generate the report from Siebel UI
