Database Upgrade failed at last step (While upgrading Timezone)

Hi Folks,

I am trying to upgrade RAC database from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.2 on Rhel5.8. But upgrade is getting failed on last step where its trying Upgrade timezone .

Below is the error message from upgrade logfile..

AME == ora.brupge.db) && (TYPE == ora.database.type)) && (STATE != OFFLINE))), msg CRS-2675: Stop of 'ora.brupge.db' on 'psdb64'
