Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Amazon AMI install and use

 I have been trying to launch and use the AMI with the Oracle E-Business Suite images, one for hte DB and for the Apps.
Once I have configured and changes the $CONTEXT_FILE to point to an external IP, I am unable to connect to the Apps.

The system keeps re-routing me to the internal IP.

What is the place where this internal IP is being stored to have the system route us to it.

In the CONTEXT_FILE I have changed the following to pont to the external IP Address

s_webentryhost
s_webentrydomain
s_login_page
s_external_url
