upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3.3 in one step

Hi,
We have a cluster of 2 nodes.
The GI_HOME is already in 11.2.0.3.1  but the DB_HOME still in 10.2.0.4.

Can we upgrade the DB_HOME  from 10.2.0.4  to  11.2.0.3.3  in one step 
OR
Have to upgrade the DB_HOME to 11.2.0.3 first then apply the PSU 11.2.0.3.3
