Unable to display the Image in footer on rtf template dynamically

 Hi All
I have followed the mentioned below steps to display the Image dynamically in the footer on a rtf template.

1. Placed a dummy image in footer to the template
2. Added url:{concat('${OA_MEDIA}','/',IMAGE_FILE)} in web tab of the image properties

It's working fine when I placed the same logic on body section on rtf template.

I would appreciate your help!
