SLM:Personalize guest user link pages

 Hi
I wanted to hide few fields which gets displayed to Supplier contact during initial registration process-Looking for personalization of the Page which appears during Supplier onboarding and registration process

POS: SM: Prospect Supplier Proxy Login User-Is set with GUEST

This user GUEST-POS supplier Guest user is assigned and also  Personalize Self-Service Defn is set to YES.

inspite of this setup,still we are unable to have the personalize option . 

Any pointers please?
