Price differ on Sales order and the price list

Hello

I am having this problem that when i place an item in a sales order the price is getting defaulted to "10" , however when i check the pricelist, the price is different. This is happening with many of the items where the price is getting populated as "10".

I have checked for any automatic modifier on the order header or line but its not there. Also i checked UOM conversion which is not present. No Qualifiers are also attached to the pricelist.

Could anyone help in identifying what could be the issue..
