Learning Management - finding Class ID number (matching it to Class name)

Hi,

Our users receive workflow notifications to review the waitlist for a class when a learner cancels an enrollment. The email identifies the class ID number but not the name of the class, which makes it very difficult to identify the class and its waitlist. Is there an easy way to find or reveal the class ID number in the application? Or is there an easy way to alter the notifications so that they provide class name instead of class ID number?
