SAM/QFS 4.6 and Explorer automation

Hello,I have the following questions from a customer, unfortunalety I have no knowledge of SAM/QFS.
I hope someone can advise about this :

- is it possible to download SAM/QFS version 4.6 as existing clients and server are at 4.6 ?

- is there an automated way of analyzing explorer output for compatibility with 4.6 ?
