Lot Status Code gets blank in Inventory Transfers (P4113)

Hi folks!

We are facing the following issue, in E1 8.11 SP1:

When transfer quantities from a non-held location (F41021.LOTS = blank ) to a held location (e.g. F41021.LOTS = "Q"), the to location status gets blank.

This event releases the item/location previously held, causing commitment and invoicing of itens in quarantine/inspection, etc.

On the other side, it's common practice to transfer quantities from a held primary location (blank) to a non-held secondary location, and that works well.

Is there any option that assures that, in a transfer, the destination location don't lose its status, if it's not blank?
