Users getting removed automatically from Contact Teams
We have Users getting removed automatically from Contact Teams.
For Example:
We have a Account “XYZ” and it has 3 Contacts associated with it i.e. Contact1, contact2 and Contact3. User “User1” is in Contact team of Contact1, contact2 and Contact3. But user “User1” is not present on Account Team. When we add “User1” to Account Team with ONLY Account access as “Edit” then it automatically removes the “User1” form Contact team of Contact1, contact2 and Contact3 even though they had earlier “Edit” privilege on these team.
Is this a product Bug or a standard functionality of CRM On Demand. Also is there any way to prevent this from occurring.
