Concurrent Manager - Load Balancing/Failover Setup

I need help in Concurrent Manager - Load Balancing/Failover Setup.

Currenttly we have following -

EBS version 12.1.1

DB Version 11.2.0.1

NON-RAC

AIX server

node1- DB

node2- APPS

node3- APPS

current concurrent manager processes are running on node2. We need to use node3 as secondary node for concurrent manager and setup load balancing/failover.

Please help me out with the required concurrent manager load balancing/failover setup.
