Target node cold boot and then networkerrors connecting to new HA GG node

Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.3.0 on Linux-x86-64 RHEL 5.6
Oracle Golden Gate 11.2.1.0.1 on same servers
Using Clusterware HA resource and VIP for Golden Gate.
I have Golden Gate configure in a one-way setup from source (wcdp) to target (ch2). There are two extracts/pumps each with 6 schemas and as such there are 12 replicats.
I did a test where I did a "cold boot" on the Target Golden Gate resource RAC node. The resource/vip came back up on a new node and appeared fine. Ten replicats restarted and two abended with:
