Issue while starting Agent in the database

Hello Experts,

   I have a 11G Grid Control, I was trying to configure a new database into the grid control, it failed giving a message " NO TARGETS FOUND", I went to my target database to check if the agent in there is Up or not, When I tried to check the status of the agent by "emctl status agent" I am getting the below error.

   C:\Users\vrudraraju>set agent_home=C:\Oracle\agent11g

C:\Users\vrudraraju>set ORACLE_UNQNAME=ABCDEF

C:\Users\vrudraraju>emctl status agent
EM Configuration issue. C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/xxxxx-xx-xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxx_ABCDEF not found.
