WIP Accounting Classes - Costing area is blanked out and greyed, when entering WIP Accounting Type

We are currently on R12.1.3 - all our WIP Accounting Classes are setup with Type of Maintenance. They all have Costing of System Calculated and to Use Actual Resources. They are all from when we had R11.

We are attempting to set up a new WIP Accounting Class, now that we are on R12 and when entering type of Maintenance, the Costing info is all blanked out and grey.

Has anyone else had this issue or know of a resolution?
