Can you tie a BSV value to multiple Ledgers

We are on 12.06 and I was just wondering if we could tie our BSV to multiple ledgers. For examle we have a primary ledger that has our BSV tied to it. I f I create a new primamry ledger can i tie the same BSV to the new primary ledger.
