This thread will assist you on your following question

I read through Doc ID 1058763.1. We are currently on Oracle Database 11g (v11.2.0.2) using database compatibility parameter = 11.1.0 with Oracle EBS R12.1.1.

We are in the process of upgrading ALL of our organization's Oracle Databases to v11.2.0.3 due to the end of patches for v11.2.0.2 on 9/23/2012. In order to upgrade our Oracle EBS database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3, we have the following action plan:

1) Identify database changes from 11.1.0 to 11.2.0 and any newly unsupported database objects.
2) Develop test plan for core functionality and customized code based on #1 above.
