Project Accounting

Apps Ver: 12.1.3Reference SR 3-5370629361.  pa_cost_distribution_lines_all.system_reference5 not populating with a value.  The value would come from the pa_transaction_interface_all via the Cost Collector process and PRC: Transaction Import.  Issue related to PJM.

I read the document 1331857.1.  I understand this doucment but I don't see how this resolves the issue of " Inventory Cost on a Project will not "capitalize" in Fixed Assets".   We have an EAM store here where we inventory parts .   If these parts are used on a project and installed using an EAM work order then why can we see these parts as capitalized assests.  Some of these parts are a couple thousand dollars.  We use to be able to do this in R11.
