Asset Retirement related questions

Hello All,

We are on Oracle R12 12.1.3 instance and my questions are very specific to Oracle FA Retirement functionality.
1.) Is there any web adi available to cater to "Retirement" functionality?

2.) If asset is sold to customer, then we will do "Retirement" in the system with Proceed of Sale.  This will create below accounting entry in system:
Dr Proceeds of Sale Clearing 
Cr Proceeds of Sale Gain  
Now, Question
a.) Is there automatic way or program, that can create AR invoice for above customer for retirement transaction?
b.) Is there a way to connect "AR invoice" with above "Asset Retirement"?

3.) Reinstatement related question: You can only reinstate a retirement in the same fiscal year it was entered in.
