Adding Role to particular user is not showing all the tabs in user home page.

Hi,

We have selected one more 'Tab' in particular 'Role', but at the time of assigning that 'Role' to particular user that 'Tab' is not reflecting to user home page.

what is the possible cause of not reflecting that 'Tab' which are assigned to that 'Role' .
