The DBA_OBJ_AUDIT_OPTS shows the details of the objects in the
database on which the auditing options have been enabled.
However,the documentation states "DBA_OBJ_AUDIT_OPTS view describes auditing options on all objects". This implies that this view should show all oracle objects in it
and show whether it is audited or not and by session or access with the -/- entry in each column for that object.
