Will forecast/Budget rollup to Program

Will the projects (in a program) forecast budget rollup to the Program budget?

Will the projects actual rollup to the programs.

(Here I am not asking if these data is visible in Reporting Tab. I can see the Budget and Actual in Reporting Tab. I wanted to see if this can be seen in Budgets or Forecasts)

Currently these are not happening to my Program. Hence raised this query
