My CX Rule works within Configurator Test Model, but does not function within OM

 I have no idea why my CX rule functions successfully within the "Test Model" portion of Configurator, but after publishing the model/UI in the test instance, the code does not trigger at all.  Am I missing a setup of why my CX rule only works within the Configurator but not when I create a sales order and click the configurator button?

Please, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
