Sun Fire X4270 M2 Server - Cyclical Reboot

After the upgrade of ILOM and BIOS from the previous version to the required version, we are encountering cyclical reboot for our X4270 M2 server and the server HDD are not being displayed in boot priority window in BIOS.

Previous: ILOM 3.0.14.11 r61398 and BIOS 08.06.01.08

Current: ILOM 3.0.16.10.c and BIOS 08.12.01.03

We have also tried to upgrade to the latest patch level, but same problems exists.

Has anyone encountered this before? Please advise.
