WIP Job showing Start & End time as same

Hi,

I have a WIP job with 3 components, I have defined & rolled up lead time for Parent item, resource are properly defined & attached to theitem, but its still showing me Start & End time as same.

Do I need to check some other paremeters other than Lead Time & Resource or some profile options for the same?
