How to enable PO document approval manager as concurrent manager

I am new to EBS administration. The primary DBA is not available. I am not sure how to tackle this request. How to enable PO document approval manager as concurrent manager? (It should only need a single target process.) We are implementing R12. What are the steps? Gurus, please advice. Thank you very much.
