EBS Setup Error

Hi All,


i am try to install EBS with the help of VM ware when i start EBS setup
i got this Error
any one have solution regarding this problem


[oracle@prod /]$ cd/home/oracle/StageR12/StartCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/
[oracle@prod /]$./rapidwiz

Rapid Install Wizard is validating your file system.......
