Difference between Patch 5161680 11i.AD.I.5 and '5161676','MINIPACK 11I.AD.I.5'

Hi,

In summary, the problem was identified as the known issue recorded under Document ID 967325.1,
and the resolution to be attempted is as specified in that document -
apply patches 8927490 & 8339900.  However we have a query about the
patches we have on our system -

We have checked the pre requisites to recomended patches: 8927490 and 8339900

We have ATG RUP6:
ATG_PF.H RUP 6

We have all pre requisites detailed for both 8927490 and 8339900 patches bar
'5161676','MINIPACK 11I.AD.I.5',

On futher investigation we have found that EBS is reporting that we do have 11i.AD.I.5 ...BUT
this appears to have been delivered via
