Our vice president has asked for a time line on one of the tickets we have in CRM.  The number of notes is lengthy.  Opening up each note to get all of the information would require much time.

On some of our reports we can export the information but I do not see that available for the one I am working on.  Do you have suggestions of how to make this happen?  Thanks.
