Are tables owned by SA on the GL tablespace obsolete?

While doing the OATM migration, there are several tables and indexes that remained on the GL and GLX tablespaces.  They are all owned by SA and they appear to be very similar to the current RG tables.  We have been upgrading since release 10 or earlier (not sure what the beginning release was, but it was back in 1992).  I'm wondering if these tables and the indexes on them can be dropped.  We are currently on 11.5.10.2 and in the process of upgrading to 12.1.3.  The tables are listed below.
