INV_VALIDATE PACKAGE BODY is INVALID after patch 13885396

 Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

Customer applied the patch 13885396 with most pre reqs but  missed atleast 3 pre req patches that are listed in the read me note 1461579.1 About Oracle Inventory, Receiving and WMS: Release 12.1+, Rollup Patch 4.

Custoemer says "I looked at the note "About Oracle Inventory, Receiving and WMS: Release 12.1+, Rollup Patch 4 [ID 1461579.1]". 

We are not a Process Manufacturing (OPM) Customer or a Landed Cost Management (LCM) Customer so those pre-reqs would not apply to us.

We are an OM and PO customer.  For those two patches listed in those areas, here is what we have assessed:

8639653 ==> Its a database patch and its for 11gR1, EBSQ is on the higher version 11gR2 (11.2.0.3.0), so its not applicable for this release
