what type of streams setup will work to replicate data across os (solaris and RHEL 5.5)

I am on the data migration job from solaris 5.10 64 bit (oracle 11.1.0.7 RAC db + non-asm) to RHEL 5.5 64 bit on system z (oracle 11.2.0.2 RAC db + asm) with 12 Tb is db size.

I have done application specific tablespaces migration via XTTS for a give date and time. I was thinking of that i can go with downstream setup as endinaness is same, realized that downstream do not work acorss os.

Can you please advice me that the best streams method that would work between solaris and RHEL 5.5 ?
